What are Cybele’s Free-to-Eat products free from?

Our products are free from the Top 8 Allergens, which are dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. This also means that they are gluten-free and vegan.

What is a Superfood?

Superfoods are mainly plant-based foods that offer maximum nutritional benefits and minimal calories that are packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Superfoods are generally colorful vegetables and leafy greens, which is what our Superfood Veggie Pastas are entirely comprised of.

What is Celiac disease?

All of our products are manufactured in a dedicated allergy-friendly facility that is certified gluten-free and dedicated free from the top 8 allergens: dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish.

What exactly is Cybele’s Free-to-Eat pasta made out of?

Our Superfood Green is a mix of Green Lentils, Kale, Broccoli, and Spinach.
Our Superfood Orange is a mix of Red Lentils, Pumpkin and Butternut Squash.
Our Superfood Red is a mix of Red Lentils, Red Bell Pepper and Tomato.
Our Superfood Purple is a mix of Red Lentils, Beet, Carrot and Sweet Potato.
Our Superfood White is a mix of Green Lentils, Cauliflower and Parsnip.

That’s correct! What you see on the box is exactly what you get. Our cookies are certified gluten-free and our pastas are made with only vegetables and lentils—that’s it! The pasta even packs more than a full serving of veggies into each bowl.

Do Cybele’s Free-to-Eat products use artificial colors or flavors?

Never! We do not use synthetic preservatives, artificial flavors or artificial colors. All of our ingredients are clearly marked on our labels and are ingredients you can recognize and understand.

How do I cook Cybele’s Free-to-Eat Pasta?

Please cook our Superfood Veggie Pasta according to package instructions. You will notice that the water may be dyed from natural vegetable runoff. Drain the pasta thoroughly and serve as you would traditional wheat pasta.

What type of egg replacer is used in Cybele’s Free-to-Eat Cookies?

We use a mixture of potato starch, tapioca flour, leavening, cellulose gum and carbohydrate gum.

Do any of Cybele’s Free-to-Eat cookies contain annatto?

No, there is no annatto in our cookies.

Do Cybele’s Free-to-Eat products contain palm oil?

a

The palm oil we use in our cookies is sustainably sourced. It is from a company that is part of a group called the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil, which purchases from plantations that are certified sustainable and not practicing deforestation to expand their productivity. The brand of palm oil we use and all their approved suppliers of palm oil products are certified members of the RSPO group.

Are Cybele’s Free-to-Eat products organic?

While we are both Top 8 Allergen-free and Non-GMO Project Verified, our products are not certified organic. We strive to use only the best ingredients and work closely with our suppliers to ensure that we are held to a high standard of product.
